Looking for pretty much everything XT M760 wise including the “dual control” disc brake brifters.

All in excellent condition please so I can do a period correct build on my Santa Cruz Blur to the same spec (more or less) mine had BITD

Cheers, Matt

I have a dual pull 34.9 M760 front mech in good condition apart from a little damage on the inner cage, doesn't look great but if you compare against the stock photo it's only a very small piece off the edge. Not looking for much for it as a result, say £7 posted. I might have a shim if you need one.

Condition is used okay- okayish

Got an xt 770 gear set . So rapid fire, both mechs, chainset and chain. Nice condition. Let me know if interested . Got some later shimano disk brakes also and actually got some lx level hydro paddle shifters which are new .
Let me know if interested .

I think I have a nice 760 front mech if you don’t go for any of the above

Really dont remember this groupset, still looks ok though - was just checking to see what my spare rear mech was

I remember borrowing a friend's bike with those brifters paired with a rapid rise mech. The horror.

Re:

Thanks all for the replies and photos.

Nothing quite good enough aesthetically so far so keep them coming please!

Cheers, Matt

They were definitely something you had to get used to. But once you did I found them pretty good. I used mine for about 3 years. Normal STIs that followed were better but it was a good thing for Shimano to try.
