What sized down tube have you got, mines about 28.8 /29mm approx.

I have one (proper Kona original) which I don't need, also have the seat clamp as well
PM if interested and I can post pics, neither are going any where in the meantime, so long as you get back to me before the UK gets thrown out of the EU postage should be cheap....
