WTD: Al Carter Black Panther or Professional frame or bike

Weird one this, but bear with me.

My first reasonable MTB was an Al Carter Professional with 400LX. It was boat anchor heavy.

At the time top of the range was the Black Panther, these were so heavily discounted people bought them just for the groupsets. However it being the model above mine I always fancied one.

So not highly revered bikes, but I have sentimental reasons for wanting one!

So if you have stripped a black panther and still have the frame in the shed, or even have a Professional knocking round let me know.

Re:

No help really but these was a complete one went on ebay recently for beer money....and a bare frame on here I think. i'll keep my eyes peeled

Re:

My mate picked up a virtually mint Black Panther from a car boot some years back. It was a decent ride, solid, much like a early 90’s Marin.

Seen quite a few since so think there’s a decent chance one will turn up.
