For the record.
I had bought a bike form a 1st owner and this bike had this type of front hub witht the later chorus rear cassette hub.
When asking about it he said this is how he bought the bike new and im running this wheelset as it was bought new.
So according to the brochure this may not be original yet it is it mostlikely all had to do with what was availible back than and the fact that is for that reason encrypted chorus says me its all original.
Just my 2 cents and based on my own experiences from talking the owner.
