I’ve been looking online, but I can’t find anything the right size everything‘s too long. I did find some titanium ones and I ordered a set but they’re pretty expensive. There’s gotta be another option and I bet somebody here knows one.

Aren't they M6, or is this something particularly esoteric? I'm after similar, but the proper early Shimano V-brake ones.

I prefer to run a nut down past where I'm cutting then after it's cut, removing the nut cleans the threads up nicely.
Appreciate the replies, but I like the hacksaw to be my last option. @just jacques good call on the disc rotor mounting bolts. Anybody else try this option?

As said, brake mount bolts are M6 whereas disc bolts are M5 so unfortunately this won't work. Best option is to find some button head M6 bolts in the right length.
