Whats that bike? Tigra

Can anyone shed some light on that bike(not exactly retro) , carbon tubes? manitou black elite fork? xt parts...(sorry for the poor quality of the pics ) i have already purchased it so maybe in few days ill get better ones.

Looks quite retro, I reckon late 90s.

Several manufacturers made carbon frames similar to this with carbon tubes bonded to metal lugs, but it doesn't quite match any of the ones I can think of:

Trek and Specialized made some too.
 
I just purchased the same model - with lime-green instead of red (also equipped with XT 737).

Special about this frame is the area where top tube, seat tube and chainstays come together and the way the seatpost is fixed. Never saw another carbon frame like that.

My frame should be produced in 1994 (according to XT crankset and front derailleur) but the frame has no frame number (and it is very obvious that it was produced "hand-made"). What about yours (--> frame number)?
