What would you choose?

Hello there,
I’m considering changing the frame of one of my road bikes. A Serotta Atlanta circa 1997-1999, in Big Boy Blue, size 52 (seat tube), top tube 52.5. The seat tube I find it too long for my short legs, as you can tell from the picture/ setup. It has the Kinesis carbon fork.
I found a Chesini X Uno, never been built, also from the ‘90s, size 51 seat tube, 53 top tube.
With keeping the same components (Campagnolo Record 9 speed), what would the esteemed and experienced users here choose?
I’ll be very appreciative of your suggestions.

Nah, stems should be as long as possible! I'm guided by the Mario Cipolini maxim ''never mind how it feels, its how it looks that counts!"
The arm, leg and back pain will go away eventually! 😁

…ok, sounds simple. But, which one is “the better frame”? Both are pretty common I think, which one should feel “better” for a 65kg rider? Yeah, I guess l’ll just have to try it out. 😃
