What wheels will fit Clement EVOLUTION 13c 700 tyres?

Trying to think Italian rim..... Ambrosio, Fiamme Sport?

I have both, but only as Tubular rims. Also, (as I am now discovering) the old clinchers that both these firms produced that I can find for sale, seem to be the 700b (635mm) rather than the 700c (622mm) that I need for these tyres/tubes/thingies. :facepalm: :facepalm: :facepalm:

I remember the ill fated Elan came in 630 but I thought things moved to 700c pretty smartish?
