*WANTED* time trial/triathlon complete bike or frameset

Hi, I'm currently looking for a retro 54-56cm time trial/triathlon bike or bike frame which fits either 650c or 700c wheels.

I am also looking for a 650c disc rear wheel. However, I would consider any 650c wheels people have available.
