Wanted: French quill stem, 22.0

After a French quill stem (22.0 mm steerer), preferably quite stubby.. About 60mm would be ideal

if you're stuck, I have sanded a standard 22.2 one down to fit.
Its only 0.1mm all the way round and only up to the point of insertion
However, I recognise it is a bodge and "spoils" what might be a nice stem

(sorry in case it confuses, I am not offering you a stem, merely a solution)

I have a fairly heavily sanded down stem somewhere, I may dig it out and do a bit more work on it as its probably not far off. Thanks for the suggestion
