Just a note on the Concorde: I have one, It's not for sale but it looks comparable in size to that one but mine is 59; I reckon the Belgian chap has given the size as c-c rather than c-t.
The last two digits of the serial (stamped on BB and steerer inside the HT) number tell the factory's claimed size. The sn should be of the format AA5X. where the first 2 letter are the model and the last 2 digits are the frame size. I reckon the Belgian chap has given the size as c-c rather than c-t.
