Vitus FCK9

Not much happened since start topic, except for preperation of modules. With the prepared modules I could put the bike together asap.

Likely I will speed up the project. I have written an article on the Zap componentry and for the purpose of nice pictures it is to the photographer to decide whether he likes them on the bike or seperately.

No, 'old world' printed on paper. Once time is there I will let you know.

Look forward to seeing this Melvin, along with completed bike of course.

Just spotted this, very nice. Any update on the build?

Interesting how the FCK 9 stands for Fibre Carbon Kevlar and the 9 for 9 composite tubes. My recent acquisition of a Carbon 9 has stickers suggesting it is also Carbon Kevlar (actualy written "Carbone Kevlar 9), I wonder what the differences are?

I have no updates on the build yet

From another I heard his Vitus carried the denotion '7', but it used the same number of fibre tubes...

"7" would suggest one piece seatstays, where mine are like yours, split by the brake pivot, so in effect 4 seatstays. Just a thought.
