Vitus 25mm expanding seatpost

Hi,
I'm not sure if you are up for a fixer upper but I have a 25mm Atax fluted seatpost like the one refered to on Velobase in the previous post. But it is missing the expanding wedge bits and the 'draw-bolt'.
After seeing the one on Velobase I think the bits could be made from the tapered bottom wedge of a quill stem plus a suitable quill stem bolt (as folks have mentioned previously).
The only tricky bit would be the expanding split sleeve but I do have access to machining facilities and I think one could be made.
