Under the freedom of information act any images of yourself can be requested from any party who has recorded them - but you cannot request images of other people..
I work on occasions with BTP and although they are vastly overstretched your vandalism should be reported - it won't do anything to solve your problem but there are standards that all police forces must adhere to and one of them relates to hotpsots/focal points for crime; so the more reports of criminal activity there are for a certain area the better...
