well it sold to a neighbour for roughly 10 x what I paid for it without so much as a spanner going near it.

Who takes that to the tip? I mean seriously? That there is what is wrong with the world right now where everything is considered disposable.

Another thing that pisses me off (I'm on a roll now) is new cars with low emissions get free or £20 car tax wheras keeping my 15 year old car running costs me £175 a year in tax but at least as much co2 is used in manufacturing a car than over its lifetime AND I'm not using up valuable resources.
