The most practical way to send a frame to the UK is via USPS Priority Mail for around $75USD. It provides a tracking number though it does not offer especially detailed tracking information. We USED to be able to do this via Express Mail International which would have cost around $80-$90 USD. Unfortunately, we can't ship this method anymore due to changes (in maximum size package) that occurred a few months ago.
