Unused (almost!) Raleigh DynaTech 700 - value?

I would really appreciate an honest opinion as to the value of a completely original and almost unused Raleigh DynaTech 700. It was purchased new by a relative who was, unfortunately, in failing health. As such, he says he only rode it twice and then it sat in a bedroom of his house until we rehoused him in 2008 & I acquired it. I have been out on it once - worked perfectly, very nice ride. Probably going to pass it on to my son who has expressed an interest but would really like to know what it is worth, if only for insurance purposes ... It is close to "as new", save for the patina of having stood around for what, 20-odd years, & the odd minor scuff.

Pending pictures , make of components? Group set? is the Colour a Repo therm transfer multi colour? Like this? { I may have the wrong terminology here}

I sold the one pictured for £250 a couple of years ago and it was in VGC.
