I think this was my first issue of MBUK I purchased. Indeed early 91 (90?)
These forks/bikes about as popular as the Kona leading link P2's.

Here's mine here. Loads of info on the Browning specific Pine mountain/ Team in the thread.

No official figures on numbers but it's low.
Mine is frame no.50
Not a retro fit fork on a standard Pine Mountain but a Tange Prestige tubed frame with geometry specifically designed for the Browning fork. The only Marin too with a 1 1/4" headset. The one ridden by Paul Hinton in the Jan 1991 MBUK is a prototype with links to a British frame builder.
The Browning 'limited edition' arrived in 1992 and was offered as Team or Pine Mountain spec.
Only available in 19" frame size too. Definitely one of the rarest Marins. There's 6 identified in my thread of both specs.

As for Catalogue pics, this is the only reference to the Browning Suspension model in the 1992 'Marin Lite' Catalogue.
