The company is called the OxfordBikeWorks. They make their own expedition touring bikes. High end stuff.

They will make a touring fork for me.
 
If this helps, my 1995 Univega Alpina 507 has a 1 inch steerer ahead fork labelled Formula 1.3/0.7 and a-c length is 395-400mm.

Yes, the original rigid fork that the bike came with. Frame is 969 Racelite double butted.
Not the lightest in my stable but the geo, numbers, and overall feeling, one of my favourites.
As many others have said it before: very underatted those steel Univegas from the mid 90's!
