Tyre Recommendations

Currently working on an Klein Attitude restoration project. Can anyone recommend modern MTB tyres that have a nice retro look? Either black on black or tan walls with understated logos/graphics. Thanks in advance.

I'd just get some Panaracer Smokes/Darts. All other modern tyres look too modern IMO.

What brocklanders said. If you´re after period looks, the Panaracers are the way to go. All others have either giant logos, too large of a skinwall or the cross section is to round. Depending on the year of the Attitude (boxcrown fork) Smoke/Smoke would be even more anorak as the Dart came out later (92 IIRC?).
OTOH the thread pattern is anything but modern. Works good on soft soil, but has noticeable drag on harder surfaces.
