Headset keeps getting loose

I know when i built the Ritchey with a King Gripnut, the fork was a shade too long and wouldn't stay tight. Just filing the top was enough to cure the problem

Carbon Evo flie (I have 2 now) is fine and dandy - it flexes real nice. No different than a normal flite. Just it catches your shorts....
