Hi

To be honest, I think that GOOD, NEW classic road shoes under £100 will be a big ask. I have a pair of the Vittorias which I bought 2 years ago and I can thoroughly recommend them, for what it's worth.

Thanks colnagolover - me too, but it's worth asking! The Vittoria's are favourite at the moment, not just for price, but they look like a nice classic shoe.

Do you find their sole flexy for longer (50 mile +) rides? Is the sizing accurate? Are they narrow/wide?

Hi
The soles are made from a nylon compound and, while not as stiff as carbon, there is in fact very little flex in them. With regard to size, my normal shoe is a 43/43,5 and the Vittorias are a 44. The fit is slim and they are very snug on the foot. The ventilation is good. Be aware that Lorica is an imitation leather but after almost 2 years use (not used during the winter) I have not had any issues with breathability.
