Dropout spacing rarely changes at 100mm, the rear as I recall is 130mm. It is quite a modern steel frame (late 80s early 90s), not an ancient one.
Has all the braze-ons you'd expect, and comes with a headset, cantilever brakes & gearlevers (latter two Shimano).
