Touch up paint for red 1985 Pinarello Montello?

I'm finally finishing up my Montello, but have a few chips that need a touch up. Has anyone found a touch up paint that successfully matches this? Here's a pic.

That looks like a red lacquer over a silver base. Lots on here use nail varnish - plenty of translucent and opaque options. (If you have an iphone or iPad look for OPI in the AppStore.)

That looks similar to my colour. I had it done by Neil at Atlantic Boulevard in Bury. The colour is candy apple.
