Tom Bromwich update: finished

brakes and levers arrived today, just need seatpost, seat and wheels to finish.

Tan seat, hoods and brown tape to compliment the shiny bits.

It will probably end up with mudguards too.

Here we go 'Brevm' saddle, Bankrupt bike parts cheap & cheerful Saccon brakes and levers with nice gum coloured hoods

27.2mm 'fluted' post arrived via Letmetalktomark - which was perfect

Just awaiting wheels, tyres and silver mudguards.

Stem will be lowered once the wheels arrive.

I have silver cable outer on order too.

here we are

Slight boob with the reach of the brakes - the frame is for 27" wheels.

However, some deeper drop callipers on their way and that also leaves room for the mudguards.

Standover height is good, length of top tube is good - I think this is just what I was hankering for.

i like that, i have a tom bromwich as well, i need to get some new decals off lee cooper..the frame looks very much like a holdsworth professional or an earlier holdsworth mistral with the wrapover seatstay.

+1 - matches the bar tape really well. There was a burgundy Tom Bromwich at the ccle jumble on Sunday - it looked very nice in the flesh...
