Titius HCR - £150 titanium punt...

Re:

Maybe you could change the name in the title... get rid of the ‘extra’ i :xmas-wink:

And I have resisted the opportunity for schoolboy innuendo! :xmas-big-grin:

Brand is a rung or three down from Dean etc but looks well constructed.
Titus were well regarded until they went defunct and the name was bought out by Planet X

Yes, good point.

Found a few reviews, seemed to be a ‘budget’ ti company?

From a 2001 mtbr review:

‘Titus claims to produce high-end Ti frames comparable to other well-known companies, but for a fraction of the cost. This frame retails for $1,250.00.’

So adjusting for inflation that’d be about a 2k frame today.

That said ti has come down (crc will sell you a Lynskey Bootleg 27.5 for £800 (half price mind)).

So who knows what point I’m making!

Nice frame either way...
