Looks to be a Sunn exact ti frame re-baged Morati HC 1.1 around 1997
Morati cranks- rare now-a-days in unsnapped from.
Sunn carbon forks. 35mm travel on a gd day.
Good ti stem......bars....
M-bars from the time would have been even better Sunn did offer them on the bikes.
