I've been looking very closely at the two pictures (was considering buying it) theres no doubt in my mind that the cord has been cut, anyone who thinks its ok to ride or cut the cord doesn't undestand how these wheels work. It's ruined and unsafe to ride. Fine to hang on a wall or display but then not worth a fraction of the asking price.
