It was resprayed by the previous owner I believe carmine red with a black head tube and it was done with aerosols, I do not know if the original paint was stripped first, see photos for the quality of the paint job.

The price scalping on Team Raleighs got out of hand... Q lots of people reproducing them, some more faithfully than others. A certain frame builder from years gone by with a well known shop churns them out for customers and i think that's a shame. Even Raleigh struggled to sell the last reissue for various reasons.
