Thomson Black 31.6mm seatpost-cut to 290mm. Tiny paint chip on front, halfway down, but in really good condition otherwise (and could easily be 'blacked in'!)-Would like a 31.6 Silver post, Ringle maybe, (even cut to 250mm would be fine)-What have you got?

My mate is fed up of having only a few gears and she wants a town/sit up 'n' beg/ geared hack bike for pootling about. She's about 5' 6".

Panaracer Smoke Tyres f'n'r-obviously used, with the nobbly bits cracking away from the tyre
(only when you fold 'em tho, it's not obvious when you don't)-but useful to someone, no doubt

Joytech cheap wheelset, unknown rims+mtb tyres , Shimano cassette (7spd I think) bolt thru old stylie, not maxle, qr15 etc. Rims need truing but tyres and hubs and cassette in good nick

Altus 7 speed shifters and mechs

Raleigh M Trax Bar in blue (silver fade) old, tatty but original and straight

105 Downtube shifters with mount, but can be turned into mtb shifers with the right mounts

600 2 spd front mech-old, bit of corrosion, but works

Flite Ti carcass-needs re-padding and re-skinning....or used a novelty bmx saddle?!

Direct Drive forks 1" threaded off a 16" Stumpy. Tatty paintwork but solid.

Hope C2 6 bolt 140mm rotor ( I may have a pair, I just can't find both at the mo'!!)

An old Raleigh Activator, seized to the bollocks but it's free if you want to pick it up!

All I can think of which fits you swaps criterior is a fairly basic silver Kalloy 31.6 post and a very nice Planet-X 65mm i-beam stem & dh bar in red.

Have things like grips, mechs, tyres, saddles, a Hope 31.8 gunsmoke QR, seatposts, BBs etc etc etc, if you can name some more stuff you need/fancy?
