swap orange p7 frame in blue 17"

im thinking of parting out my p7 frame i got monday a couple of things the frame has a 1" dia headtube and there is two little tiny dings in the top tube look like bar twings what im after is a good steel frame in 16"/17" with 21"/22" top tube with a 11/8th dia headtube and pos disc tab but tab not important what ya got inbred single spped would be great
