What bolts are the mag 20’s missing? Just brace and steerer? And holds air so won’t need a service you reckon? I’m guessing it had been repainted

yes, just brace bolts & cantilever brake bosses. They havent been ridden in 30years, so i'd recommend TLC if you want to ride them.
