Aye, up for this, both nights. Would prefer 17th/18th too, got a lot of work coming up first weekend of August, so further away from that, the better.

I thought anti-clockwise was better an 'aw though? Not that I've done it mind!

never done it anti clockwise as we usually start in nethy bridge.

anti-clock would be a good one i reckon but takes out the option of the munro as this is at the start of the run rather than the end but likely too much of an ask anyway

so we have

keithyr - bunkhouse fri/sat nights
garymac - bunkhouse fri/sat nights
Jimo746 - sunday only no accomodation
Velo - sunday ride bunkhouse sat night
Jamie - bunkhouse fri/sat nights
ZZ - bunkhouse fri/sat nights
FFTC sat ride - camping will sort himself
Clubby - bunkhouse fri/sat nights

So i will book the 6 bunk room for the friday and saturday nights will need funds via paypal by end of this month
5 folk for the friday night and 6 for the saturday.

just have a check of this to make sure i've not missed anyone and i will book at weekend.

last shout for anymore for the bunkhouse, if not you will be camping lol.

cost will be £228 for the 6 bed dorm for 2 nights

so £228 - 20 for velos 1 night stay = 208/6 = £35 each via PP gift.

will check and confirm with bunkhouse.

A lift back down the road on the Sunday from someone would be appreciated or at least a lift to a train station. Might be sensible for me, if a lift unavailable to stay somewhere on Sunday night and train down to Edinburgh on Monday morning as Sunday service a bit limited.

Anyhoo sounds a laugh and Clubby is right, Laggan is brutal on a retro especially a rigid retro. Leave your pre 97 kit at home unless its full bouncy, a post 97 hardtail with decent forks or something modern is best suited to Laggan. Laggan is fab though, thoroughly enjoyed both times I've been.

Hi guys
Many apologies but I will have to hold off on commiting to this just now.
I am at a wedding in Germany the weekend before and we aren't 100% sure what our plans are for the week between. I thought we were, but apparently not.
If I'm back I will definitely be there in some capacity.

I'll try and make this too, but I'll drive down for it rather than stay overnight.

I'm doing the National Audax 400km the next weekend, so it all depends on how my preparation is going for that, ie if I'm not going to be fit enough for that, I'll come, or if I'm all ready for it I'll come, but if I have stuff to sort out, I won't.

So a pretty definite maybe.
