Well there's always plenty to learn or it would get boring
Does the freewheel have two slots opposite each other in the centre of the freewheel? That is the most common Maillard freewheel and you need a 2 pronged tool to removed it. If you're only going to do it once its probably not worth buying the tool. If you have a friendly local bike shop they may remove for you FOC

ha ha it said it was but looking at the freewheel and the tool and didn't look right. kev is the cheaper option. I just pm'd you to tap further into your extensive knowledge after looking at you many restorations you may be able to identify for me!
