If a frame is being made in Taiwan, then Reynolds, Columbus, Dedacciai can supply finished tubes to Taiwan.
ORA do have their own proprietry brand, or no name, steel tubes for their own frames.

For the stainless steels used in frame making, its even more important to control the quality.
