I have very few pics but some great memories. I had to ride five miles on my rear rim on the Friday social ride after the 15 year old M231 sidewall on my retro explosif gave out... bloody V-brake rubbish 
I could no longer be retro but at least I could still ride. As mentioned above - bodge the modern to SS and I was good to go for the Saturday ride. First lap was hard, but a quick beer stop eased me into lap two during which my chain snapped. A friendly bloke with a worse problem donated me his chain and I continued to the beer counter for another refreshment, at which point I was lapped by the leader... so I finished my flapjack, necked another beer and headed out in persuit. I never cought the leader but I did complete lap three before succumbing to more beer... but I missed the last flapjack.
Plenty more stories. Spent lunch on Sunday speaking to Ed and I spoke to Velomaniac for a bit about his Trek 8500. Excellent weekend entertainment.
