SRAM shifter mounts, x0 rear shifter, 717 rim formula mounts

I've ended up with a few sets of SRAM shifters with matchmakers that I'd like to use with v brakes. Does anyone have any of the shifter mounts kicking about? Black ideally but silver equally fine.

I've also got a broken x-0 10 speed rear shifter I'd like to try and fix. It's missing the bottom cover and doesn't shift well so if anyone has a broken or cosmetically challenged shifter spare I can try and make one good shifter from, that would be cool.

I'm also after a 32h mavic 717 disc rim in black.

Could also do with a formula the one bar clamp or matchmaker for sram for the left/front shifter side.

Could be. I got some but at the expense of removing them from perfectly good shifters.
