What we have here is a classic Specialized M2 Frame set size 58.
The top tube c to c 565 and seat post c to t 575/580 ish
I bought this brand new in 1995, it is team red and in good used condition with usual light scratches and scrapes as you would expect but defiantly not excessive. I stripped it down about 5 years ago and it been stored ever since.
The frame comes with a ritchey seat post
Even though they re old these bikes are light and rides really well.
Wheels are not for sale, just put them on to show what it looks like with wheels on and included a photo of when it was built up to show what looked like...
The cinelli bar and stem can be sold with it..
This will be a great solid base to build that classic road bike with period components or a retro frame with modern parts..
