spacers, washers, and bolts for a small bioPace chainring

hi!
First post...
I acquired an '85 cannondale st400 and i'm setting it up as a sturdy touring bike.
Previous owner had removed (and discarded) the small chainring, so it needs some climbing gears (48/44 atm).
I found a compatible 28t granny on ebay, but am just now realizing that the spacers and bolts are non-standard?
Any suggestion on where i can find them??

Probably just as cheap to buy crap chainset locally and rescue the parts.

As for longer bolts, they are about but not as easy to source

I have loads that I can sort out if needed
