Hunting down for a friend looking to replace his frame with a nice quality, light and not abused XC hardtail frame in 16"...
MUST HAVES; Disc mounts, traditional BB, suitable for 1.1/8 steer tube and ideally 30.9 or larger seatpost.
Preferably mid-high end, not steel - Ti, Alloy or Carbon considered.
