Here we have a set of cult & retro Spinergy Rev-X wheels. Very rare and sought after now-days and still very fast wheels for TT-ing. Standard Shimano 8/9/10-speed freewheel.

The stickers have been damaged, but reproduction sticker sets are available online or I can supply you with a vector file for later ("fatter") style stickers.
I am extremely pedantic, so you will get a very detailed review below.
The front wheel:
It has a negligible amount of lateral play, perhaps you could say it is true within tolerance. Braking rim shows signs of use but has loads of life left in it. There's a small bit of damage at the base of one of the carbon spokes, but I've been using it like that without problems. Might be a good idea to seal with epoxy resin though, for peace of mind. A quarter of the carbon fairing on each side has been sprayed with glossy clear coat for some reason (probably a test to see what it would look like?!) but it doesn't affect the function of the wheel. Bearings are smooth and the wheel spins "forever".

The rear wheel:
A portion of the rear wheel goes out of true by about 3 mm. I was personally only using the front wheel for Time Trials, but I imagine this issue would render the rear wheel useless for racing. However, it seems fine for a singlespeed or rat/pub/hack bike. A specialist might be able to fix it though (heat up and straighten the rim) but I've had no aspirations to try to get it done. Ball bearings on the drive side will need to be cleaned / regreased and the same goes for the freewheel, as it seems to be a little bit "sticky". All of this is perfectly fine if you need the wheels only for show / museum or something like that.
