SOLD!!! Selling one of my jewels: 1992 DEAN Titanium

Hi there,

After a long time of meditation, and as new projects are now coming, I took the decission of selling one of my precious jewels from my collection.
As you´ll see later on the pics, this is not just "another rebuilding"... It took me many efforts, time and money to finalize it, and well, I can say I´m proud of it. I´ll miss her a lot, but as said new challenges are coming! I hope one of you retro collectors will love and appreciate her, and take her to a good home/museum.

Talking about the bike, I can guarantee that its overall condition is just MINT. Many of the parts were NOS when I made this restoration two years ago (March 2014), and frame, bars, stem and seatpost were barely used. Just very slight marks of use (mostly cable rubbing) on the frame, that´s all.
After getting info about the frame when restoring the bike, I believe its a 1992 series (with non "bullet" style drop outs), so I focused my rebuilding on that year. My particular style for restoring bikes makes them quite restrained and elegant ( I usually don´t like flashy bikes),but in this case breaking this look with some ding ding litlle details matching with the coloured DEAN logos.
NOS parts were tyres, brake pads, saddle, chain and cranks.

I just took her for a very easy going couple of rides (no more than 20 kilometers) and photoshootings these last two years, staying on my leaving room as a piece of art the rest of the time.

So, its price is 2.000€ (euro), excluding shipment to UK/EU.

Nice !

Those Revolvers and SPuDs are particularly tasty..!

Glad I already have a DEAN, GLWS!

Re:

A shame that you won't split as I'd be interested in the frame but understandable as you've clearly put a great deal of effort into the build. A lovely bike! Good luck with the sale.
