I bought these for a project that took a new direction (in fact so much so, this is all that I have left of it).

I bought the forks and headset new, the only use they have had is when they were trial fitted to the 93 clockwork frame they were destined for. Before completing the build, the recipient (wife) decided that it was going to be too big for her (a 12 inch frame too), so I ended up building a bike around 24 inch wheels instead.

As a result, these are in fantastic condition, the only marks to speak of on the forks are on the drop outs where the wheels were fitted once. The headset has marks where it was fitted into the frame, but nothing more. The top cap was never used as I was using a 1 1/8 stem, so a converter shim and a 1 1/8 top cap were used instead.

Fork steerer is 205mm (shortened slightly, but cut using a pipe cutter, so nice and straight) and the axle to crown is 425 approx (measured centre of axle/dropout to top of crown section on the steerer).

I'm after £80 posted for the forks, £25 for the headset. Buy both for £100 inc UK postage.

Re:

No takers for this lovely fork that would look great on an old retro steed? It's cheaper than buying new, as is the headset, and they are both as new, never having been used aside from a build mock up.

Re:

Bump. £75 for the fork, £25 for headset or buy both for £90 Inc UK postage.
