It's the latest of Cannondale's Caad models, so geometry's setup for longish travel (80 to 140mm+). Re compatibility, the current headset cups fit for 1 1/4" bearing races so you'd put the (standard) cannondale headset in there for any cannondale fork, or if you want to run a non-cannondale fork, you'd fit an adapter headset to adapt the 1 1/8" steerer to the 1 1/4" steerer -size.
