Bargain and a very nice frame, is it USA built or Far East? Also the fastback stays look fillet brazed?

That's a lovely example there. I'm guessing Far East built and not sure about the seat cluster being fillet brazed, as I'm not home to check.
It came to me with not a single original part fitted iirc
