Small, cheap Kona Cinder Cone

I think this is what Kona call a 16" - measures just over that C-T

Rescued from a friend's garden where it has lain for a good few years. All I've done is given it a quick wash, noticed that the seatpost is stuck, and decided that I can't be bothered with it. Scruffy but looks saveable, frame appears straight, but there is surface rust here and there.

Appears original apart from saddle and wheels. I think it's a '98.

£50 with the wheels, or £30 without. Wheels are DX hubs and Araya (RX7?) rims. I don't mind keeping them...
