This is a hybrid RTS 1/3 as the RTS team frame was way too large, so I cannibalized everything except the main frame and built the 16 inch Taiwan frame Urban Assault bastard....nobody is perfect... skinny tires and all.

I think the numbers were indicating the different configurations. But also there were differences in the production (US/Taiwan) and material (steel rear versus aluminium). And to add to the confusion, it also changed over the years.
