I wish I had one to start the thread off with, but I'm honestly just looking for inspiration!

I have a short list of projects I'd like to complete someday, and one of those is a Craigslist beater bargain; cleaned up, specced out, racked and ready to rumble!

Not looking for tourers, just enough gear on there for a long ride and an overnighter, or two.

I like the flexibility and freedom you get with these types of build. Nothing catalog; nothing too fancy. The only parameters being comfort, practicality, and, ideally, a little flair thrown in!

So, who's got what?
