I've still got these hanging around as a reminder of my first ever road bike. I removed pretty much all of the OEM kit and this is all that's left.
Shimano Sora STI levers - the sort that shift a bit more like Campag, in that they have a little thumb trigger on the side of the body, rather than a trigger inside the brake lever. They are designed to be hooked up to a Flight Deck.
I didn't have these on for long before I ditched them for a newer set-up, so condition is light use with some marks from storage. The lever blades look spot on, but the LH lever shows evidence of the first (and only) time I ever really stacked the bike and hit my head - there's a bit of road rash and a mark on the hood. I've included it in the pictures...
