i could never work out how to change the main pivot bolt, i cant seem to get the spring back in at the same position and tension as before. I assumed it would be a case of removing the circlip off the back, sliding old bolt out, new bolt in, circlip back on... Oh how i was mistaken :facepalm:

That was not too complicated IIRC.... But I cant remember how I exactly did it :facepalm:

It's a little bit of a faff but not difficult per se. You do need a vice really to hold it when putting it back together so that you can wind the tension up on the spring.

The Park instructions on overhauling a rear mech show you what's needed (although they're not actually replacing the bolt).

Yes, that's a bit of me! I just polished one last week and recently bought some Bullseye pulleys to bling it up a bit :p
Now where can I get blue and purple Tune kits for M735 mechs? :cool:
